Try standard velocity cartridges - I assume these would have lower chamber pressures, hence less expansion and a lower risk of jamming.
Paul, how do you actually polish such a small chamber? I'd have thought Brownell's finishing reamer would have done a good enough job. With polishing, I'd be scared of making the chambers oversize!
