I was lucky enough to find an ex-employee of Lithgow SAF (now involved with the SAF Museum in Lithgow) who had exactly 10 brand-new unfitted .22LR Lithgow/Slazenger barrels in his garage he was prepared to sell. They weren't cheap though at $40 each!
If you want to use .22 barrels, probably best to haunt the gun shows. I may be able to help, so e-mail me directly. Where are you located?
