I think your maker is named Richard Pugsley and still operates in Nebraska. He was partners with another guy in Ohio. He makes Gatlings and Hotchkiss revolving cannons. I haven't heard from him in years, but if you contact him say "Hi" for me and my 50MM Hotchkiss.
