You really do not need a .200" endmill since you will be splitting the box cam with the cam cut. Something close will work. Like this .197" center cutting endmill for $18 from MSC http://www1.mscdirect.com/CGI/NNSRIT?PMPXNO=2047506&PMT4NO=
