I was never successful to find a commercial one.
It is possible to create one with considerable effort.
If you have a pattern , lost wax process would probably work.
For my D& E , I used electro etching on a 0.060" brass plate , that was successful. Not commercially practical with my equipment.
The RG ones show one in the pictures, perhaps they are available from that source?
