Hi, This is the place to get plans and you can even get the raw materials from a list that can be provided to you. It is worth the small amount of money to get Paul's plans and check them out. You can make the barrels and the amount of time needed?... That would depend on your experience with the tools and your interest. Bottom line is; it's doable and a lot of fun with a wonderful feeling of accomplishment when you are done.
