Guys,
I am a novice machinist and engineer (my interest with guns stems from when I was a kid. I have access to prototype machine shop (mill/lathe, etc) at work that I can use after hours. I am considering building a gatling gun but am a bit concerned about the size of the project. So I have a few questions;
1) For a rookie like me- how many man hours do you think I would spend building my first GG - (just looking for a ballpark here)
2) For purchased parts and material - how much $$ are we talking about here?
3) Are the barrels a purcahsed item or manufactured by the builder. If manufactured, how does one rifle the barrel - I think I know how to drill/ream the barrel but rifling is a bit beyond my current understanding of the manufacturing process (have read about it but that is about it)
