I recently finished my RGG gun. I chambered barrels with a .235 regular straight flute reamer. The most important thing is to have a very smooth chamber finish. If you have even the smallest ridges in chamber, you have a problem with extracting the fired cartridge.
I put each barrell in the lathe, and polished the chambers using a 6 inch length of wooden dowel, with a slit cut by a hacksaw, half inch long. Put approx 1 inch lenght of emery cloth into the slit and insert into chamber to polish it. Use progressively finer grits to obtain a very smooth finish
