Joe, yes you can cut them to make 2 barrels. I use Redman liners which are super quality. You can buy them from me at $165.00 plus shipping or DIXIE GUN WORKS, or BROWNELLS. You are not building a bench rest target gun; the big issue is leading and Redman liners are very smooth and polished.
