most difficult part?

When I retire this coming June, one of the projects that has been waiting is a model gatling gun. For those of you who have built one, which part do you consider the hardest? It has been suggested to build that part first to build morale. Also, which part is considered the "frame" by the BTAF? Thanks in advance, Hugh
