I see I can buy surplus 12 gauge shotgun barrels cheap. Also all brass shell cases. If I build a 12 gauge look alike 1865 Gat. To shoot brass cases, black powder and round ball. With 19 1/4 inch barrels. On a large wood carriage. With 4 foot wood wheels and 6 feet long (I like to build things). Would I be in violation of some Federal law I don't know about?
