Outside of Mohegan Sun Casino, a white domesticated pigeon. He had a tag on his foot, I could only read part of it, that said, "2001, CT, 15" He was scared and hiding in the corner near the valet of the hotel. The valet was going to feed it if it was still there at the end of the night. This was a beautiful bird, you could tell he was upset and scared. He could fly but wanted to stay where he was. You should call the hotel and ask to speak to someone in the valet area of the hotel.
