:He could be experiencing a few things terrible twos, please read my response to ouch, and reading an article in Birdtalk greys have areas on their bodies they like touched and do not like touched,, do not like being touched well, they will let you know it.... my male does not like his back between wings touched too much, if I scratch backwards I will sometimes get a bite, this also I read sometimes creates a sexual arousal,, or response in anger hey! leave me alone there! find out the I like areas and stick to them,,, the bird could still be sensitive from prior surgery,, love, time, patience education are the best tools,,,, don't give up,, best wishes Madelynn
