Where can I find a African Congo?

I live in Huntington Beach,CA, and I've been looking all over for an African Grey. I've found a nice Red Front Macaw, and still am debating whether to get him or not.
If any of you know any Breeders around the HB area, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!
