I'm an avian keeper at a zoo and new to dealing with exotics. We have a breeding pair of Congo African Greys which have a nest box but won't use it. The eggs end up broken on the cage floor. The only theory we have so far is there is something about the box that they don't like. Does anyone have any insight about nest box preferences, or alternate theories?
