Baby Grey

I am handfeeding a 4 week old CAG. Not my first time and things are going well. He is younger than the other 2 I have raised. I know there boby temp is high but this baby;s beat is very warm to touch. Is this normal? He has a good coat of down and the feathers are coming in.
