Melissa, Is this a baby African Grey? or Adult? I have very well noticed my Grey is squeeling, and it is because she shares a room with Ringneck Parakeets and Most especially Cockatiels. Believe me her mimick of the tiels is not pleasing I am going to move her in her own room and play soft music through out the day and see if she forgets the sounds in the next room. I suggest to try move the grey to its self out of ear shot of other squealers, as they learn everything very fast. Hope this suggestion helps. Sandy
