If your bird is plucking it is VERY important to take her to a vet!!!!! Plucking can mean many things, the bird may be bored, stressed, or even worse SICK!!! African greys are very intelegent creatures that desearve and require alot of care. A Vet check up should not cost you more that $30-40 dollars. If you cannot afford this than maybe you should not keep the bird. Find a local bird rescue where your bird can be helped! Here is a website, http://www.thegabrielfoundation.org/
This is an organization that rescues birds, you can email them and they can help you. Remember if you do not get professional help your birds plucking will not stop, the bird may become bald, and never regrow her feathers back if it plucks for along time, even worse the bird could die! GET HELP!
