when i first got my grey,Barney, he was completely wild.u couldn't go anywhere near him without him growling and snarling. the most important thing with behaviour problems is hierachy. greys live within a community and the more dominant birds sit higher up. try adjusting the perch to just below ur eyelevel, and although it may sound crazy, try not to flinch or react when he/she attacks. it will take time but be patient, he/she will soon learn who's boss!
