I have a year old CAG named Genie. I recently took her to the vet last month for a check up and asked the same question as I had a concern about this as well. The avian vet explained to me that this was normal and the only time you should be concerned is if the beak appears to be deformed or there is excessive breaking especially at the tip. Hope this helps. I was definately relieved to hear this from my vet. ;-)
