Posted by christina I think that your birds may have a respitatory cold or possibly infection this should not be taken lightly and the bird should immediatly go to an avain vet, the blue around they eyes worries me , i am not sure if you mean it looks like a light form of eye shadow wich is pretty common in baby congo african greys. or if you mean that they are like darker blue circles ? Please be sure to take the bird to a qualified avian vet either way. What area are you located in ? I am more than willing to help you find a vet that is specifically for birds. Other vets may give you a antibiotic that has nothing to do with your birds problems . And i have learned the hard way that regular vets even if they do not understand your birds needs much too often would not refer you to a proper avian vet, as it is bad for their buisnes so please do email me or look in the back of bird talk magazine for a qualified avian vet, you may want to search online !!
