Hey,
I recently bought a previously owned african grey. For some reason when he was with his previous owner he plucked out all of his feathers (Possibly due to his change of ocupation and not having the time to spend with the grey). He's very friendly and we dont have the time restraints to where we have to leave him alone for long periods of time. So given that he stops plucking, how long will it take for his feathers to grow back, and is there any vitamins that will help.
