My african sounds stopped when he's breathing!

I have a CAG since 3 weeks back. He's a lovely bird! When he came from the shop I could here him breathing. It seems like he's stopped in his nose and even in his sinus. I've been to the vet and he gave him antibiotic and A-vitamin. I don't know why my bird has this sound! Anybody who knows, please give me an answer soon! Thank you
