Posted by Anthony on October 19, 2001, 12:16 pm The bird needs as much attention as you give a person. If all the bird has is a TV she will never talk. I have 2 Congo's about 1 year old. They whistle a lot but they also do their share of talking. They need interaction with you in order to mimic you. I don't spend every minute with them, but I find @10 min a day with them. No more than 1/2 - 1 hour of TV a day. Don't give up! They have the potential. It's up to you! Good Luck!
