Pepper is my almost 8 month old grey. She is lovely but she will not speak. We have been repeating things to her from the very beginning. She loves to whistle and mimick our whistles but she will not speak. When she was about 5 month old she would do this muttering type of sound but she is not doing that anymore either.
Any suggestions would be welcome. Thank you
