Hi, I've had my grey "Grace" 1 1/2 yr since she was a baby. I've had my Eclectus "Louie" for 5 months. My question is, when they are both out they are not exactly friendly to each other. When they are sitting on our table Louie acts like the boss (not always but frequently). When I am holding one on each hand but rest my hands on my legs(as in sitting) Grace tries to bite at Louie. I never give them a chance to hurt each other. Are they just getting to know one another and am I overreacting or what? When Grace tries to bite at Louies feathers around the neck he gets mad and makes a sound like a squawk and opens his beak at her. When they are on the patio table, Grace likes to hang upside down off the edge (she's a riot) but then Louie won't let her get back up by acting like he's going to bite her and sometimes does a little squawk. I really would like for them to get along.
