Cage Sizes

I currently have two greys - one is about approaching 2 years old, the other a very clumsy 6 months. We have a reasonable size cage (2 1/2 X 2 X 2 feet), but the "baby" will flap his wings and clobber the other bird...
We have entertained either getting a second cage until the baby grows up a bit or getting a larger cage.
Thoughts?
