I have a 13month old that has recently shown signs of a dry beak. He is also showing signs of feather picking. I read the the articles on feather picking, however is a dry beak related in any way? He has a good appetite, relates well and definety lets me know when his dirty cage is unsatisfactory. I think my 16 yr old son might be spooking him. However, he seems to like making a racket when he and I are in the same room as well as he can copy any tune my son whistles, as well as the ambulances sirens heard on TV lately.
Could this just be stress?
