Hi Cheesewhiz!
The original cover art to the single of "My Sharona" was in black and white. The brunette is the orignal Sharona-the lyrical muse for The Knack's early albums, "Get The Knack" and " But The Little Girl's Understand"...
I don't know where you can get a scan of the cover, but check out ebay for the 45's. There are usually several at auction at any one time,and normally they will show the picture sleeves.
