Now, the annoying part is it insists on creating a icon, and blinking at me in an angry manner until I click it away. I like to leave the alert window up all day, and just let it build up the alert log (in the screenshot you can see 70+ logged items) Now once I click on it, after it starts blinking, it stops until another alert comes in. Which means that it is blinking after every freaking logged message. What I was hoping todo was find a way to make FD click on the icon when it starts blinking, to silence it, or really anything so that as soon as the Kerio Toolbar Icon starting blinking, I can make it stop. Else it just ends up blinking ALL day.

It is the Kerio Personal Firewall (free download by the way, and very good) alert window. A nice little window pops up in the lower right (just above the tray) to tell you that an alert has happened.
