Under the "what to do" section of the rule Switch To... and Change Window Style (Set Style Modification) and on the left side you will see a maximized checkbox -- use it. Note: in the past, I have tried to delete the window from all desktops then add it into a single desktop and that doesn't work, I am guessing it is an order thing (the reason it doesn't work) -- but I don't know -- good luck.
