Flash Desktops version 2.52.8 running on Intel/ Windows 2000 professional.
~80% of the time when I start my first Cygwin shell application it will appear on all 4 windows even though I started in in window 2. I looked under the FlashDesktops "Allwnds in the OS" tab and found that the Cygwin app does not have a Desk assigned to it but is otherwise normal.
If I exit that Cygwin and start another the next app will only appear in the window where it is started. This only happens once after I boot up each day.
Not a major problem but annoying. If anyone has a suggestion, thanks for the help.
