Getright huh? I have it but it does not do this. My version is 4.3.02, which is yours?
Woow, an idea: maybe you have selected the option "Remember windows placements at shutdown" (first page of config)?
That option in some cases can have such a bug. Try removing the option, shut down FD and everything, restart everything and see if it happens again.
If it does not happen again, probably then you can re-enable the option and the bug won't appear anymore.
