Sorry, I won't run Outlook Express on my machine. If you can think of something else that rapidly changes its caption, I'll try that, but I won't touch Outlook Express. I'd delete it completely if I could.
It's almost harmless, expecially if you don't configure any email account. BTW, is there a way to name each desktop? HP's CDE lets you name them so it's easier to organize them.
