No it's not trial over, and I doubt it's a spyware either. Should not happen. There should be some .dat files in the FD installation folder, delete them all when FD is not running, then start FD (those file will get regenerated). Does the problem still happen now?
Yes in the configuration window go to the Special/Hooks tab. You should enter such window in the apposite box for sticky windows. Also see the manual to know how to use that exactly. Also, you can make a window rule to obtain the same (more complicated, but possibly more flexible), see manual.
No, not possible natively, sorry. You can do it interfacing an external application to FD (see the manual regarding "commanding FD with windows messages") however it will require work, it's not straightforward.
