Hey guys, I'm 16 and I've been lifting weights for a couple years. I've just come off two seasons of football and have decided to switch to my better sport, soccer. I'm trying to get more power behind my kick- any suggestions? I already squat and deadlift a few times a week. Is there anything I should add? Thanks alot.
