Try moving your elbows to 45deg. from your chest (not the floor) to take some strain off your shoulders.
: I am 6'2 and weigh approx 175. I have arms that are longer than
: they should be for my height. Should i be lowering the bar down
: to my chest, or stopping when the eblows are at a 90deg
: angle(biceps paralell with floor)? I usually dont come anywhere
: near touching my chest with the bar, as it is a painfull stretch
: on my pecs/shoulders to get the bar that low. Any help on
: technique would be great!
