I appreciate calling this to my attention. I think there was a misunderstanding about the rep ranges before with regard to my comment on “strength training”. I apologize for not being more specific on what type of strength you’re trying to develop. I meant strength hypertrophy training, not power strength, nor endurance strength. I guess my post was in regard to those looking for hypertrophy but performing power training. I see that you recommended roughly the same rep ranges for Diane (12,10,6,6,and 10) when she said her goal was muscle and strength development.
