Hi again Tim. Missed the last part. Went back and reread it. Well, that's been a debate that's still ongoing, even there. They stress all aspets (take the download of the free CF Journal, and it describes it). Now keep in mind that 15 pullups or 15 HSPU' doesn't necessarily mean 15 non stop reps, you can break it up before going on, and you can take yoiur time, in fact, for people new, they encourage you take your time. Now, where the time over form comes in, is when they are doing reps of the O lifts. That's where I would go fairly light, or take the liberty of doing them with DB's or sand bags where form isn't a real big factor. Notice also, that when they have you doing heavy OL's or PL's they are usually in very low reps, and it says to post LOADS vice time. So they stress each, but not in the same workout, and yes, this has been questioned before. Check out the fitness secion on their forum. Lots of differeing views. As to the continous stuff, like in "Cindy and Mary", once you get used to higher reps and very short breaks, it's not terrib le difficult

: Crossfit excercise's are they a myth or what? recently I've read
: 5 handstand pushups , 10 single legged squats , 15 pullups
: :continuosly for 20 minutes. I cant see people doing 15 pullups
: with proper form without a break. people doing 15 - 20 rounds is
: this possible. www.crossfit.com workout of the day . I think
: they have some great ideas but what's important in all this form
: or speed.
