Tim, you just read "mary", which is "Cindy's" big sister, and no, not too many people can get too many rounds with Mary. I still go with Cindy (5 pulups, 10 pushups, 15 bwt squats) when that day pops up, and I got through 15 rounds. And yes, most of their workouts, while being able to be done in 30 mins, are indeed intense. Read the "getting started" section over there. Scale it down so it's doable for you. As to pullups, well 15 is a bit over my limit, and if I were to do a WOD with over 12 in them, I would have to stop, rest a bit and finish out to 15. Same thing when they list 21-15-9, could be done in blocks of 7, 5's, 3's as long as the total for the round was 21-15-9. Pullups, hey, hang a bar at about shoulder height, keep your feet on the ground while laying under the bar. You'll find it's easier, but still very intense. Anyway, just pose the question over on the CF forum. They're a pretty solid community and you won't get blasted.

: 5 handstand pushups , 10 single legged squats , 15 pullups
: :continuosly for 20 minutes. I cant see people doing 15 pullups
: with proper form without a break. people doing 15 - 20 rounds is
: this possible. www.crossfit.com workout of the day . I think
: they have some great ideas but what's important in all this form
: or speed.
