I agree with Nappy. If you've never taken a week off, start now. Varying the degree of intensity (from low, to mod, to high) is key to keeping overtraining at bay. I also recommend next time doing an active recovery maybe 1/2 the weight (or even less) just to nail down all that you've accomplished just before you come off the training.
