Crossfit excercise's are they a myth or what? recently I've read
5 handstand pushups , 10 single legged squats , 15 pullups :continuosly for 20 minutes. I cant see people doing 15 pullups with proper form without a break. people doing 15 - 20 rounds is this possible. www.crossfit.com workout of the day . I think they have some great ideas but what's important in all this form or speed.
