Reading Scott's response on cutting, brought forth a question. When I lay off for a week, I seem to go backwards about a month. I have been working hard for 2 years and have never even had a full week off. I do go a week without working out a body part from time to time and don't see the same loss. Am I not resting enough to see a benefit?
