I am 6'2 and weigh approx 175. I have arms that are longer than they should be for my height. Should i be lowering the bar down to my chest, or stopping when the eblows are at a 90deg angle(biceps paralell with floor)? I usually dont come anywhere near touching my chest with the bar, as it is a painfull stretch on my pecs/shoulders to get the bar that low. Any help on technique would be great!
