Hi Evan. I had to re-read yours and Scott's posts several times to make sure I read it right. Scott's right about back off, but , and maybe I'm wrong, I thought you were asking about going into a cycle for fat loss. My answer, asumming I understood it correctly, is yes, this is the perfect time. Hit it with some bodyweight conditioning stuff, and seeing as it won't be muscular overload, 5-7 days/week would be fine, and watch the heavy calorie intake that shows up at this time of year. Concentrate on burpees, pushups, including handstand, bodyweight squats, pullups, sit ups, etc. See crossfit.com, look under the FAQ, and look through the exercses workouts with the "girls names". You will find things like "Cindy", do 20 minutes of the following giant set of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 bodyweight squats. This will definately aid in body fat loss if total calories are kept somewhat low. You'd be surprized at what you can do in 4 weeks. Give it a shot. Good training,
Tim
