I've been doing full squats with a pair of dumbbells for some time now. My legs are progressing just fine, but it's getting to the point where my arms can't keep up. I'm having trouble holding that much weight steady at my sides. It's starting to affect my overall form, which I don't like. I don't use a barbell on my traps for safety reasons because I workout alone at home.
