I will be backpacking through Europe for 6 months and I’m scared to death of losing all my hard earned muscle. Is there any chance I can come out of this trip with the better half of the muscle and definition that I went in with? I'm 6"2, 200lbs, and have 9% body fat, and I just can’t see how body weight exercise will suffice. Any advice would be awesome, thanks Guys!
