Hello! I'm new to olympic lifts. I've watched the clean technique demonstration on this site every which way until Sunday. I have searched the web unendlessly for stretching techniques...But.........I cannot get my elbows up. The example on this site of poor elbow positioning for the clean....that's me. I cannot get the proper position. Any alternative excercise or stretching suggestions?
