Hello I just wanna say this is one of the best website I ever came across. Now I was wondering if I were to do a 4 day workout. Is it good if I target more then one muscle. Some people at the gym target like 2 or 3 I target my chest,shoulders,tricepts, inner abductors and Quads. The other day I target my back, bicepts, outter abductors, Hamstring and my forearm. I take a rest on Wednesday and Saterday and Sunday. I started this method from reading the valuable information from the website. Let me what you all think.
