Its me John again I was wondering is anyone would kindly help me with this question that I have been wondering. I used to take protein shake 3-4 times a week. Not after workout but like 4-5 hours after. Now I was wondering is taking protein shake really neccessary. I tried without it and it is totally different, I went one one month without it. And I do wake up with pain but is the good pain you know. But when I was taking protein I barely felt pain. I used to wake up and there was sometimes a slight pain but it was highly significant. Why is that is it because when you take protein shake your bosy heels faster so you dont feel the pain. Now I was wondering what if I take protein after every workout. Say 25-50 grams of it. The protein I take is Iso-pure. That is one way another is I could take protein on wednesday and Saterday. Note that I work out M,T,Th,F. is that a good idea is it even significant.
